Vincent Smaldone has had quite the diverse career in the music and entertainment industry, with a wide range of experiences from DJing and hosting parties, to guest lecturing and producing academic projects. Vincent’s early start in hosting parties and DJing shows a passion for music and entertainment from the young age of twelve. The extensive time he spent teaching Hip Hop culture classes in the School District of Lancaster (PA) with the Community Action Program highlights his commitment to sharing his knowledge and experiences with others. Vincent’s guest lectures at Penn State Harrisburg and Franklin & Marshall College, covering topics like the Beastie Boys and American Culture, and Machines and their Critics, demonstrate his ability to speak and share expertise with a wider audience. Vincent’s work touring and DJing with artists like Billy Martin from Medeski Martin and Wood, Raekwon from Wu Tang Clan, and Slick Rick, as well as time as a resident at various nightclubs, including Chameleon Club, Building 24, and Club Rumor, shows his ability to connect with and entertain diverse audiences. Additionally, Vincent’s experience programming and activating brands for Slacker Radio and working with the Baltimore Symphony's MC Wordsmith demonstrates his versatility and adaptability in different professional environments.  He is currently producing music for John Modern’s Religious Studies project "Machines in Between" funded by the Henry Luce Foundation.
